1. "Correction"

Straightforward and formal, "correction" is the most common term used when you want to point out an error: "There seems to be a typo in your sentence; the correct spelling is receive."（你的句子似乎有一个拼写错误，应该是receive。）

2. "I beg your pardon/Excuse me"

在提出纠正前，礼貌地用"I beg your pardon" 或者 "Excuse me" 引出："Excuse me, I believe the correct word should be accompany, not accommodate."（对不起，我想应该是accompany，而不是accommodate。）

1. "Revised version"

Please find the revised version attached, with the grammar errors corrected."（请查收修订版，我已经修正了语法错误。）

2. "Amendments made"

Some amendments have been made to the document based on your feedback."（根据您的反馈，文档已做了几处修正。）

1. "Oops, my bad"

Oops, looks like I mixed up those two words. It should be compliment instead."（哎呀，我刚才把这两个词搞混了，应该是compliment。）

2. "Let me fix that for you"

If you give me a second, Ill make sure to change occur to occurring."（如果你不介意，我会帮你把occur改成occurring。）
