Steel, as its commonly known in English, refers to an alloy primarily composed of iron and carbon. It is characterized by its strength, durability, and versatility in various industries.

3. Alloy Steel:

4. Cast Iron:

In construction, "structural steel" is used for building frames and bridges. In machinery, "gear steel" and "bearing steel" are essential components. "Reinforcing steel" is employed in concrete structures to reinforce their strength.

When specifying steel products, you might encounter terms like "hot-rolled", "cold-rolled", or "pickled and galvanized" to describe the manufacturing process.

ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) 或者BSI (British Standards Institution) 等权威机构的规定。
